What happens if my vehicle is damaged?

If your vehicle is damaged during a trip, notify Hulk Rent and provide before and after photos of the trip. It is important to take these photos for every trip to have proof of the vehicle's condition****.

A Hulk Rent representative will contact you within 1 to 3 days to guide you through the next steps. Hosts will need to cover the deductible, and the remaining eligible repair costs for property damage will be covered by AXA**.
